Meagan Cooper

Meagan Cooper is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional with a robust background in global recruitment and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of US HR and Global Talent at B Capital since April 2022, Meagan has previously held significant roles at Masimo as Senior Director of Global Recruiting and at Western Digital in various positions including Director of Global Talent Acquisition. As the founder and CEO of Journey Executive Search, Meagan established an executive search firm focused on placing experienced professionals globally. Earlier in their career, Meagan played a pivotal role at Oliver Wyman, where responsibilities included leading Asia-Pacific recruitment and managing North American campus recruitment efforts. Meagan's career began at PwC, where the role of Campus Recruiter involved managing recruitment processes for the New York Metro Region. Meagan holds a BS in Accountancy from Providence College and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Irvine.
