Raymond Manos

Raymond Manos has extensive experience in security and law enforcement, currently serving as Security Lead at Savage Arms Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Raymond held the position of Security Lead at Centerra Group from February 2014 to February 2020, managing scheduling, payroll, vendor communications, and administrative duties. Raymond's law enforcement career includes significant experience as a Detective Sergeant with the Westfield Massachusetts Police from January 2005 to October 2012, overseeing major case investigations as the evening shift supervisor. Additionally, Raymond served as a Patrolman in various divisions from May 1985 to June 2007, engaging in community policing and responding to service calls. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
