Byron Lawrence

SVP & Group Leader - Industial Facilities at Savage

Byron Lawrence has extensive work experience in the industrial facilities and materials management industry. Byron began their career in 1997 as an Application Engineer at FLSmidth, where they designed pneumatic transport systems for bulk solids materials. Byron then worked at Graymont as a Project Engineer from 2000 to 2003, focusing on process evaluations and materials handling improvements for lime processing facilities. From 2003 to 2010, Byron served as an Operations/General Manager at Savage Services, overseeing comprehensive facilities and transportation services. Byron was then promoted to VP Industrial Plant Solutions at Savage Services, a role they held from 2010 to 2020. Most recently, Byron served as the SVP & Group Leader - Industrial Facilities at Savage Services, where they led the company's materials management and logistics solutions for various industries.

Byron Lawrence obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.
