Scott Hall has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Scott started their career in the US Navy as the Director of Finance from December 2004 to November 2007. Scott then joined Savage Services and held roles such as Business Unit Director from December 2007 to August 2011, Regional Director Business Development from August 2011 to May 2012, Regional Operations Director from May 2012 to October 2019, and finally, Vice President & Operations Unit Leader since October 2019. Throughout their roles at Savage Services, Scott was responsible for overseeing operations, managing personnel decisions and budgets, and developing new business opportunities.

Scott Hall received their Bachelor's degree in History from Brigham Young University between 1990 and 1996. Scott then pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at the Naval Postgraduate School from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, Scott obtained a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1997 to 1999. In terms of certifications, Scott Hall received a Certified Financial Manager certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in November 2002, as well as a Certified Management Accountant certification from the same institution in November 2002 as well.
