As the Director of Delivery, Andrew oversees delivery of an interdisciplinary portfolio of projects across a wide spectrum of data and information areas. Andrew works closely with Project Leaders to ensure consistent high-quality delivery of services and supports Project Leader growth through training and mentorship. Andrew collaborates with Capability Leads to insert technical accelerators into project environments. Along with the VP of Delivery, Andrew develops and implements the Savan Group client delivery model, enabling delivery consistency that scales with growth.
