Amy Ferguson has a diverse background in project management and data analysis. Amy began their career at Cincinnati Bell as a Management Trainee, where they gained experience in data collection, database management, and hardware and software evaluation. Amy then served as a Client Analyst/System Administrator, managing a team responsible for data collection and loading into a centralized Data Warehouse. During their time at Cincinnati Bell, they led the platform migration of the Data Warehouse, upgrading hardware and software while successfully transferring large amounts of data.

In 2000, Amy joined IRI as a Consultant and Developer, utilizing their technical skills to support the implementation of projects and reporting solutions for clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Amy then progressed to roles as a Director, Project Manager, and Principle - Pipeline Manager, Project Management Team Lead, and Sales Support, where they managed high-profile and critical care client implementations. Their responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional project teams, coordinating communication with key stakeholders, and forecasting staffing needs.

Most recently, Amy joined Savana, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for leading and motivating global teams, implementing large strategic business projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, team leadership, and client service. Amy is skilled in both Waterfall and Agile project management techniques and has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Amy Ferguson attended Northern Kentucky University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems.
