Lucía Morales Guinaldo has had a varied work experience since 2008. Lucía began their career at Gaudium Foundation, where they served as an Administration Manager and Project Coordinator from 2008-2011. During this time, they coordinated and administered several educational and prevention programs. In 2012, they began working as a Freelance Social Media Manager and professional photographer, managing digital content on different companies' blogs and teaching Spanish to foreigners. In 2017, they joined Savana as a Project Assistant and later became the Administration Manager.

Lucía Morales Guinaldo has completed a wide range of educational experiences. In 1999-2000, they attended Universidad de Pisa without a degree. From 1996-2000, they obtained their Licenciatura en Lucía'storia from Universidad de Salamanca. In 2001-2002, they completed a Curso de Aptitud Pedagógica (CAP) from Universidad de Salamanca. From 2002-2003, they obtained their Máster en Evaluación y Gestión del Patrimonio Lucía'stórico-Artístico from Universidad de Salamanca. In 2003, they attended Universidad de Los Andes without a degree. From 2005-2007, they obtained their Maestría en Lucía'storia from Universidad de Los Andes. In 2012, they completed a Community Manager y Experto en Reputación Online from Escuela de Negocios y Dirección. In 2014, they obtained their Curso Superior Universitario de Profesor de Español para Extranjeros ELE from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. In 2015, they completed a Curso Superior Universitario en Fotografía Digital from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Currently, they are attending Instituto Fundación Teófilo Hernando to obtain their degree as a Clinical Trial Assistant.
