Jose Torres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both military leadership and real estate finance. Currently serving as Director at Savanna since May 2020, Jose previously held positions at Square Mile Capital Management in Portfolio Management - Mezzanine Debt, and USAA Real Estate in Multifamily Development & Acquisitions. Jose's military career includes significant roles in the US Army, including Senior Logistics Officer, Company Commander, Company Executive Officer, and Battalion Adjutant, demonstrating exceptional leadership and logistical management capabilities. Jose holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
