Kerry G. Powers possesses extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as Managing Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Savanna Real Estate Fund since July 2015. Previously, Kerry held the position of Summer Associate at Beacon Capital Partners in 2014 and progressed through roles at CBRE from August 2008 to July 2013, achieving Senior Associate status and participating in the competitive Wheel Program, which included three-month rotations across various divisions. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics & Political Science from Bucknell University, an MBA in Real Estate from the Texas McCombs School of Business, and a specialized program in Economics & Political Science at New York University.
