Emma McGill

Emma McGill serves as the Associate Chair of Film and Television at Savannah College of Art and Design since September 2022. Prior to this role, Emma was the Chief Operating Officer at Green Gate, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations and aligning company goals and values from September 2020 to October 2022. Emma's extensive experience in the film industry includes a position as Director of Production at Black Label Media from December 2012 to September 2020, where significant contributions involved establishing operational processes and serving as associate producer on several notable films, including the Oscar-nominated SICARIO. Earlier roles included Production Executive at 2S Films, focusing on script analysis and creative packaging, and freelance production work across various respected organizations. Emma holds an M.A. in Film and Television from Savannah College of Art and Design and a B.A. in Film and Photography from Hollins University.
