Titilayo Okoye

Titilayo Okoye has a diverse work experience in compliance and legal roles. Titilayo started their career as an Associate at Adepetun Caxton-Martins Agbor & Segun (ACAS-LAW) in 2007. Titilayo then moved on to work as an Operations Counsel at BAT from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they served as a Compliance Monitoring Manager at Guinness Nigeria from 2012 to 2014. Titilayo joined GSK in 2014 as an Ethics & Compliance Lead, Pharma, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Savannah Energy PLC since January 2021, after previously being the Head of Compliance from March 2020.

Titilayo Okoye completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Lagos from 1999 to 2004. Titilayo then pursued further legal studies at the Nigerian Law School in 2004 and 2005.
