Mirwaise Aurah

Mirwaise Aurah is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information technology, operational technology, and cybersecurity within the nuclear and chemical processing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Savannah River Mission Completion, Aurah leads the strategic vision and operational excellence of multidisciplinary teams. Past roles include Chief Information Officer for both Savannah River Nuclear Solutions and NNSA Plutonium Modernization program, as well as Director of Process Systems Automation Engineering at AECOM. Aurah has a strong background in establishing integrated organizations for digital transformation and automation, significantly impacting operational efficiencies across multiple facilities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Florida and executive education in communication from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
