Christopher Rasmussen is a highly experienced engineer specializing in materials characterization and failure analysis, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Savannah River National Laboratory since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Staff Materials Analysis Engineer at Stryker, where responsibilities involved failure analysis for medical implants and laboratory management, as well as previous positions at Chrysler LLC and various engineering firms focusing on metallurgical analysis and sample preparation. Christopher holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan.
