Gabriel Brey has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of engineering and analysis. Gabriel currently holds the position of Lead High Performance Computing Engineer at Savannah River National Laboratory. Prior to this, they served as a Principal Systems Engineer at the same company. Before joining Savannah River National Laboratory, Gabriel worked as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton. Gabriel also gained experience as a System Engineer at Cubic Corporation and as a Full Motion Video Analyst at BAE Systems. Additionally, they served in multiple roles during their time in the US Army, including Full Motion Video Analyst, EMARSS Aerial Sensor Operator/Maintainer, Tactical Ground Station (TGS) Systems Operator/Maintainer, and Trainee.
Gabriel Brey holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technologies with a concentration in Cyber Security from Southern New Hampshire University. Gabriel also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Citadel. Gabriel completed their secondary education at Mclean High School. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), CompTIA Linux+ ce Certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification, CompTIA Network+ ce Certification, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, and CompTIA A+ ce Certification.
