Joey Longo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joey started their career as an Online Programmer at 7th Street Media in 2005 and then worked as a Developer at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions from 2006 to 2007. Subsequently, they joined Websitepipeline as a Project Manager / Developer from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they worked at Tire Centers, LLC as a Web Developer from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Joey started their own venture as a self-employed Web Developer, where they made websites for local businesses and provided social media and marketing consulting. Joey then joined Global VendorLink as a Web Developer in 2013. From 2017, Joey worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Savannah River National Laboratory and later joined Systems Evolution, Inc. in 2018 as a Staff Consultant.

Joey Longo attended Clemson University from 1998 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
