Theodore Sierminski has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and positions. Theodore started their career in the US Army, where they served in multiple roles, including Information Systems Engineer, Information System Manager, Signal Officer, Executive Officer, Platoon Leader, and Military Advisor. Theodore'sresponsibilities in these positions included managing technology infrastructure, overseeing IT operations and departments, and establishing communication networks in austere environments. Additionally, they received training in IT management and provided convoy and route security tactics training to the Afghanistan National Army. Theodore also worked as a Senior Maintenance Manager, Senior Human Resources Specialist, Base Defense Systems Operator and Repairman, Senior Avenger Missile Systems Repairman, Facility Security, Protection Platform Weapon Systems Operator, and Avenger Missile Systems Repairman during their time in the military. More recently, they worked at Savannah River National Laboratory as a Lead Systems Engineer and at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions as a Hiring Our Heroes Fellow, where they assisted with the integration of Microsoft Azure and Splunk to mitigate cyber threats and provide daily analytics for the organization.

Theodore Sierminski holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity - Information Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science - Information Systems from Austin Peay State University, completed between 2010 and 2012. Theodore received their High School Diploma from Miramar High School between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in April 2018, Network+ and Security+ from CompTIA in February 2013, and Learning PowerShell for Windows Server Administration and Windows Server 2019: Install and Configure Active Directory from LinkedIn in 2022.
