David Hoel

David Hoel possesses extensive experience in environmental compliance and training, currently serving as an Expert at Environmental Compliance, Training and Negotiations and as Principal Training Specialist (environmental) at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions since January 2016. Previously held roles include Solar Power Generation Specialist at G4 Power and Physical Scientist at the U.S. Department of Energy from 1986 to 2012, where significant contributions included negotiating regulatory permits and managing award-winning environmental training initiatives. Additionally, environmental compliance and energy conservation were overseen as an Environmental Protection Specialist for the U.S. Department of Army from 1976 to 1986. David Hoel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University.
