Dr. Sean Alford

Dr. Sean Alford currently serves as the Executive Vice President and CAO of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, a position held since January 2020, while also providing expertise as an Executive Coach and Lead Consultant for Lowcountry Educational Associates, LLC since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Superintendent for Aiken County Public School District from August 2015 to September 2019, Assistant Superintendent for Dorchester School District Two from July 2012 to June 2015, Chief Instructional Officer for Beaufort County School District from July 2009 to June 2012, and Principal at Columbia High School from July 2006 to June 2009. Dr. Alford is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Project Management at the University of South Carolina Aiken, expected to complete in 2024, and holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of South Carolina, alongside a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from The Citadel.
