James Dawkins

James Dawkins currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing management and operations for various National Nuclear Security Administration missions at the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site. Prior to this role, Dawkins was Vice President of Nuclear Operations at Huntington Ingalls Industries, providing strategic guidance for national laboratory and Department of Energy projects. Dawkins also has experience as a self-employed consultant and held significant positions in the United States Air Force, including Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, where leadership involved advising top military officials on nuclear enterprise matters.
