Matt Wright

Matt Wright, MSOD, ACC, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Management at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, where responsibilities include enhancing employee engagement and reducing attrition through leadership development initiatives. With a diverse background in organizational development, Matt has held positions such as Senior Manager of Organization Development at Bohler and Senior Analyst at Advancia Technologies, focusing on leadership curricula for the US Navy. Previous roles include consulting at Oracle on talent management and delivering leadership training at BAE Systems and Scitor Corporation. Matt's career began with a focus on business development at ETS and system integration at CACI International. An educational foundation includes a Master’s degree in Organization Development from American University and a BA in History from Roanoke College.
