P. Erika Baeza-Wisdom has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2006 to 2023. P. Erika has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing their expertise in nuclear safety, emergency management, and production management.

From 2015 to 2023, they worked at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), where they served as Deputy Field Office Manager, Deputy Assistant Manager for Nuclear Safety, Engineering, and Readiness, Federal Team Leader, Assistant Manager for Mission Assurance & Infrastructure, and Emergency Management Program Manager. During their tenure, they oversaw emergency management programs, assessed safety basis and functional areas, and led federal readiness assessments.

In 2019, Baeza-Wisdom worked as an Invited Technical Expert at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), demonstrating their knowledge and expertise on an international level.

Prior to their roles at NNSA and IAEA, they worked as a Nuclear Safety Analyst/Emergency Planning Hazards Analyst at HukariAscendent and as an Authorization Basis Analyst/Consequence Assessment Team member at the Pantex Plant.

Erika served as the Production Manager for Splickety Publishing Group's Havok Magazine, where they managed production, organized content, and contributed as a featured author. Additionally, they worked as a Race Director for the Palo Duro Hot Dog 15K and 3-Person Relay.

P. Erika'searly career involved working as a Research Assistant at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

In their most recent position, Baeza-Wisdom holds the role of Deputy Vice President, NNSA Plutonium Programs and Operations at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, further demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the nuclear industry.

P. Erika Baeza-Wisdom has a diverse education history. P. Erika started their academic journey in 1999 at West Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry & Biology. P. Erika successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2006.

Following their undergraduate studies, P. Erika Baeza-Wisdom enrolled at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2006. Over the course of four years, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Science, completing their studies in 2010.

In 2017, P. Erika Baeza-Wisdom attended UCLA for the Technical Management Program. Although the field of study is not specified, they completed the program within the same year.

Continuing their professional development, in 2019, P. Erika Baeza-Wisdom attended Cornell University and earned a certificate in Executive Women in Leadership. This certificate program provided their with specialized knowledge and skills in leadership for women in executive positions.
