David Barton

David Barton has over 19 years of experience in various roles within the financial services industry. David is currently serving as the Chief Wealth Management Officer at Savant Capital Management since January 2016. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Advisory and Business Development at the same company since March 2011. Before joining Savant Capital Management, David worked as a Divisional Sales Manager at Protective Life Insurance Co. from March 2006 to March 2011. In 2002, they co-founded Producers Financial Group Midwest, a life insurance marketing company, where they served as the President until April 2006. During their leadership, the company successfully distributed life insurance through PPGAs and Financial Advisors.

David Barton attended Amelia High School from 1968 to 1972. David then enrolled in the University of Mary from 1974 to 1976, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
