Brian Maurer

Brian Maurer has extensive experience in the field of clinical operations and development. Brian is currently the Head of Clinical Operations at Savara Inc. and previously served as the Senior Director Clinical Operations at Verona Pharma. Brian has also held various roles at Allergan (previously Forest Laboratories) as the Director of Clinical Development and Trial Management. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Clinical Scientist at Wyeth-Ayerst Research and as a Research Biomedical Engineer at V.A. Medical Center.

Brian Maurer earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University. Brian then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University.
