Trish Cox

Trish Cox is an experienced tech support and engineering professional with a diverse background in telecommunications and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Tech Support Technician at Handicare North America since June 2021, Trish provides installation and repair support for medical equipment. Previously, Trish spent over seven years at TPx Communications as a Circuit Design Engineer, where responsibilities included designing work processes, training employees, managing large orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. Earlier experience includes roles as a Broadband Network Technician and Maintenance Administrator at AT&T, and a Procurement Manager at Heilig-Meyers Furniture. Trish holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Southwestern Illinois College.
