Ajay Batra

Ajay Batra is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning over 25 years. In 2021, they became the Founder of Uniqorn Growth Partners, a venture that offers consulting, tools, and executive coaching to strengthen execution capabilities at scale. Ajay also serves as a Board Member and Director of Global Growth at Savart, an AI-based investment advisory platform. In addition, they are an Angel Investor and Senior Advisor at Wadhwani Foundation, where they are also Executive Vice President of Venture Fastrack. Ajay is the author of The Startup LaunchBook (Wiley) and Founding Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Bennett Hatchery at Bennett University. Previously, they were a Founding Partner at QAI Global, Co-founder of International Educational Exchange (INDIA), and Executive Coach at FranklinCovey. Ajay is also an Advisor at Azim Premji Foundation.

Ajay Batra completed their Higher Secondary education at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram in 1984. Ajay then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engg in Computer Engg from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology between 1984 and 1988. Following this, they earned an M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, USA between 1988 and 1990. In 1996, they became an Authorized Trainer & Assessor in Capability Maturity Models from Carnegie Mellon University. In 2016, they attended the Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators at Babson College and the IDEO Impact House at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Technology Entrepreneurship from Harvard University in 2020, Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2017, From Ideas to Action from IDEO U in 2016, and Mastering Business Models from Strategyzer.
