Maddy Closs

Maddy Closs is a Lead Full-Stack Developer at Savas Labs. Maddy previously worked as a Digital Project Manager at the company from March 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager Apprentice at Viget from January 2019 to March 2019.

From January 2016 to May 2016, Closs worked as a Lab Instructor for Computer Concepts and Applications at Tulane University Department of Biomedical Engineering. Maddy then went on to work as a Coordinator of Engineering and Curriculum and Manager of Summer Institutes at Engineering World Health from January 2017 to December 2018. Additionally, they served as an On-The-Ground Coordinator and Teaching Assistant for the organization from May 2016 to December 2018.

Closs began their career as an intern in the Biomedical Technician role at Engineering World Health in June 2015, before taking on the role of Maker Space Technician & Mentor at Tulane Maker Space from September 2015 to May 2016. Maddy also served as a Peer Educator for Calculus at Tulane Academic Success Center from August 2013 to May 2014.

Maddy Closs is a biomedical engineer who graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
