Kristen Hata

Kristen Hata currently serves as a Sales Arborist and Territory Manager at SavATree since August 2023, specializing in the care and maintenance of trees and woody plant life across several locations. Previously, Kristen held the position of Real Estate Broker at Compass, having completed a 75-hour continuing education course and scheduled to take the broker exam. As the Chief Executive Officer of Tinygreen, LLC from November 2019 to 2022, Kristen operated a vertical microgreen farm, achieving significant restaurant account acquisitions. Earlier experience includes roles such as Business Analyst and Project Manager at Research Affiliates, alongside positions in marketing and sales at Cedar and Ivy, AutoWeb, Inc., and Clinique, where Kristen garnered multiple accolades for sales performance and team training. Kristen’s early career involved account management at Pierce Mattie Public Relations and product specialization at Nordstrom. Kristen earned a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton, between 2004 and 2008.
