Melissa Ernst

Melissa Ernst currently serves as an Independent Board Director at SavATree and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Depot Connect International, formerly known as Boasso Global. Prior to these roles, Melissa was the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Boasso Global from July 2021 to April 2023, and held various senior leadership positions at Quality Distribution Inc., where responsibilities included oversight of Human Resources and Driver Services from May 2001 to July 2021. Melissa's earlier experience includes roles at Southern Company Energy Marketing, Tech Data, and Ablest Staffing. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University between 1988 and 1992.
