Mentoring Specialist III at Save Our Youth

Carol Trejos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mentoring, academic advising, and career development within higher education. Currently serving as a Mentoring Specialist III at Save Our Youth since February 2023, Carol previously held the position of Associate Director of the Life Directions Center at Colorado Christian University from August 2017 to February 2023, advising student athletes and facilitating career-related initiatives. Save Our Youth

At Save Our Youth we connect young people to hope through long-term mentoring relationships. Save Our Youth seeks to empower young people to be forward-thinking, independent, and responsible individuals who can contribute to their community and society at large. Save Our Youth annually serves over 400 kids ages 10-17 around the Denver metro area, with the average duration of 42 months for a mentoring match (compared to the 9-month national average).
