Peter Mares

Peter Mares has extensive work experience in various roles. Peter started their career at ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen) in 2002 as a Project Manager and later became the Senior Project Management and Head of Funding Program. Peter worked there until March 2017. In April 2017, Peter joined Save The Children Deutschland as a Finance Project Manager and later became the Head of Internal Audit in October 2017.

Peter Mares obtained a Bachelor's degree in Politische Wissenschaft, Soziologie, and Slawistik from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 1994 to 1996. Peter then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Politische Wissenschaft and Soziologie at the University of Stuttgart from 1996 to 2000.
