Clara Hawkshaw

Clara Hawkshaw is a seasoned professional in humanitarian and international development sectors, currently serving as a Programme Funding Operational Improvement Specialist at Save the Children International since May 2017. Clara has held multiple roles within the organization, including Project Lead for the Right First Time project and Senior Awards Manager for various emergency responses, such as Cyclone Idai in Mozambique and the Sulawesi earthquake in Indonesia. Previous experience includes positions at the Humanitarian Leadership Academy and Jesuit Missions, as well as a Training Officer during the Ebola response at Save the Children International. Clara possesses a Master's degree in Development Studies from Birkbeck, University of London, a degree in International Relations from the University of Exeter, and a PGCert in Global Health from The University of Manchester.
