Leen Qudah

Leen Qudah currently serves as the Team Lead for People Operations at Save the Children International, where responsibilities include organizing interviews, managing health and life insurance for national staff, data management on Oracle, assisting with Learning and Development activities, and preparing employment-related documents. Previous roles at Save the Children include Global Human Resources Officer, Vetting and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and HR Vetting Coordinator. Leen also has experience as a Trainer with Amideast, leading a STEAM-focused training program for female students, and as a Training Programs Intern, where tasks involved proofreading documents and preparing technical materials. Leen is pursuing a Master of Arts in English Language, Translation at The Hashemite University after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
