Rahat Afroze

Rahat Afroze is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, administration, IT, and safeguarding, currently serving as the Director of Human Resource, Administration, IT & Safeguarding at Save the Children International since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rahat held the position of Head of Organization Development at Berger Paint Bangladesh Limited from June 2007 to December 2023, with responsibilities spanning training, development, and commercial management. Initial experience includes a role in Management Co Pack Buying at Reckitt Benckiser Bangladesh Limited. Rahat holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and a BA in English from Dhaka University. Educational background also includes studies at Chittagong College and Bangladesh Mahila Shamiti Girl’s High School.
