William Low

William Low is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital innovation and project management, particularly in the humanitarian sector. Currently serving as the Digital Innovation Lead and Digital Solutions Program Lead for Migration and Displacement Initiatives at Save the Children International since March 2020, William has also held various roles including Project Lead for Predictive Displacement. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Data & GIS Researcher at UCL/Translators Without Borders, and consulting on projects related to hydro-power impact assessments and mining operations. William's background with Save the Children spans positions in Myanmar and the UK, along with significant roles at VSO, encompassing regional and program management responsibilities across multiple countries. William holds an MSc in Smart Cities and Urban Analytics from UCL and a BA in International Relations and Politics from The University of Sheffield.
