Lotte Senior

Lotte Senior is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in communications and project management within humanitarian and educational contexts. Currently serving as Right2Grow Global Communications Coordinator at Save the Children Nederland since March 2024, Lotte specializes in coordinating storytelling and partner communications for the Right2Grow consortium operating across multiple countries. In addition to this role, Lotte has been involved with Fairspace as an Active Bystander Intervention Trainer, offering tailored workshops aimed at fostering respectful workplace cultures and safe public spaces. Previous positions include Office & Communications Manager at Dam & Partners Architecten, Project & Communications Support Officer at Tekkoo, and various roles at the Dutch Coalition for Humanitarian Innovation. Lotte holds an Advanced MSc in International Relations & Diplomacy from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Durham University.
