Nita Gojani is a seasoned professional in child rights and program development, currently serving as a Senior Adviser Child Rights and Award Manager at Save the Children Norway since August 2017. Prior to this role, Nita held the position of Director of Program Development and Quality at Save the Children International for a brief duration in late 2019 and worked as a freelance consultant specializing in gender equality and transitional justice from August 2016 to August 2017. Nita's extensive experience includes project management roles at UN Women and the Royal Norwegian Embassy, as well as consulting positions with The World Bank. Nita is a co-founder of Talk for Tomorrow and has a robust academic background with a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree from the American University in Bulgaria.
