Rebecca Stetter

Rebecca Stetter is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Institutional Partnerships at Save the Children Norway, specializing in donor advice for Education Cannot Wait (ECW) and the Global Partnership for Education (GPE). Rebecca’s previous roles include Operations Lead and Project Coordination Manager at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, along with significant project management experience at the Asia-Europe Foundation, where initiatives included a capacity building program for public diplomacy. Educationally, Rebecca holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in International Development from the University of Warwick and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration and additional qualifications in Mandarin Chinese.
