Suzanne Wessels is a development professional with extensive experience in Management, Monitoring and Evaluation. She brings 18 years’ experience in the Development Sector, thirteen (13) of which in the Children’s Sector, working for Save the Children in South Africa. Prior to transitioning to SCSA, Suzanne worked for Save the Children UK. Suzanne has broad technical knowledge through working across various sectors in the development arena including Education, child protection, community development and engagement, health and nutrition, HIV/AIDS, children’s rights, local government. Since SCSA was formed in 2013 she has been leading monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning in the organisation in its objective to growing SCSA’s research portfolio and evidence base to support the development and roll-out of quality programmes.
