Caroline Whatley has extensive work experience in the field of corporate partnerships and engagement. Caroline began their career in 2006 at WaterAid as a Senior Corporate Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing corporate relationships. In 2011, they joined Save the Children UK as a Senior Account Manager for Corporate Partnerships, and later moved up to the role of Head of Account Management, where they oversaw the management of corporate partnerships. In 2013, Caroline joined Save the Children as the Head of the Corporate Engagement Centre in Singapore, where they developed strategic partnerships and programs with multinational and local companies. Caroline then returned to Save the Children UK in 2017, initially as Deputy Partnerships Director, and subsequently as the Head of Business Partnerships. In January 2021, Caroline assumed the role of Director of Partnerships at Save the Children UK. Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated their ability to build and maintain successful partnerships and contribute to the organization's mission of making a difference in children's lives.
Caroline Whatley completed their BSc degree in Geography at the University of Birmingham from 2000 to 2003.
