Ally Krupar

Ally Krupar, PhD, serves as the Lead Advisor for Research, Evidence and Learning at Save the Children US since June 2018, with previous roles as Senior Advisor and Advisor in the same domain. Ally has been an Adjunct Professor at American University since January 2015, instructing courses on Qualitative Methods in Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Prior experience includes positions at RESULTS and RESULTS Educational Fund, The RET, Penn State University, and the American University of Afghanistan, focusing on education, research, and program evaluation. Ally holds a PhD in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education from Penn State University and advanced degrees in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and Anthropology.
