Denise Schroeder

Denise Schroeder has extensive experience in new business development and portfolio growth within the international development sector. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Portfolio Growth and Performance at Save the Children US since August 2013, Denise previously held roles including Senior Director and Director of New Business Development for Africa. Prior to this, Denise was the Director of New Business Development for the Middle East and Eurasia at Save the Children and also worked as a Proposal Manager at Pact. Additional experience includes roles as an evaluation consultant at Family Health International and a research associate at MetaMetrics, Inc. Denise holds a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on Global Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from George Washington University, complemented by study at the University of Ghana.
