Tina Garrett-Ragland has over 20 years of experience as a global and domestic Human Resources Executive with extensive background leading culture transformation, M&A, and new business development initiatives as lead HR Partner. Most recently Tina served as the Enterprise Leader of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Learning and Development for Pacific Life Insurance and served as has held executive-level human resource roles including Vice President of Human Resources for Genworth Financial and Director of Human Resources for a large automotive retailer.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and a Master of Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University.

Tina is a certified professional coach, speaker, and trainer from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and The John Maxwell Team and holds her Consulting certification from Pepperdine University. Tina is also a certified practitioner of MBTI; DISC; Korn Ferry 360 and Competency Model; EQ Facilitator & Coach; Leader as Coach, Change Quest & Four Gates of Peak Performance, Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner.

Tina served as DEI and Workforce Development Chair for the VA SHRM State Council, supporting organizations and SHRM Chapters across Virginia for 8 years. She currently serves on several boards, including the VA Center for Inclusive Communities, Hudson Institutes Customer Advisor Board, and two local boards, Miriam’s House, and Girls on the Run.
