Alanna Smith

Alanna Smith currently serves as a Parks Program Associate at Save the Redwoods League since June 2022, following an extensive tenure at the National Park Service where various roles included Education Program Manager, Park Guide, Visitor Use Assistant, and Visitor Services Intern from 2014 to 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Marketing Intern at the Latin American Association in 2011. Alanna is pursuing a Master's degree in Geography with a focus on Resource Management and Environmental Planning at San Francisco State University, expected to be completed in 2024, and previously studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2009 to 2012.
