Eirini Batakis

Eirini Batakis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eirini started their professional career in 2014 with an internship at Badogiannis Fabric Store in Greece, where they provided customer service, assisted in selecting and receiving new merchandise, and organized the stock. In 2015, they completed another internship at Helmikangas Oy fabric store in Finland, where they gained experience in customer service, fabric cutting, creating textiles, window displays, and sewing and repairing clothes. Eirini then worked at Raptus and Rose Atelier in Italy during their third-year studies in KSAO as a tailor, undertaking tasks such as sewing, hand-stitching, paper-pattern making, store organization, assisting in photoshoots, and event preparations.

After that, Eirini joined Mango as a Sales Associate in 2017. Eirini then worked at Pelagos Holidays Apartments as an assistant, where they handled guest registration, customer service, calls and emails, managed social media accounts, and assisted in apartment cleaning and repairs.

Eirini'smost recent experience is with Save Your Wardrobe, where they held multiple roles. As a Marketing and Digital Media Assistant, they provided support on marketing and social media campaigns, gathered feedback from customers, managed customer support, conducted data analysis on customer research and interviews, and assisted the CEO and CTO in testing the mobile app. Eirini later transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for overseeing digital marketing efforts. Currently, they serve as the Product Development Lead, although the exact start and end dates for this role are unclear.

Eirini Batakis completed their education in a field related to fashion and business. From 2013 to 2016, they attended KSAO, Kouvola Region Vocational College in Finland, where they obtained a vocational degree in the Crafts and Design (Level 4), specializing in Artisan - Clothing. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategic Fashion Management from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, starting in 2017 and finishing in 2021. Eirini'sfield of study during their master's was focused on Business Administration, Management, and Operations within the fashion industry.

In addition to their formal education, Eirini has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in marketing and design. In November 2019, they completed the courses "Creating Your Strategic Marketing Plan" and "Writing a Marketing Plan" offered by LinkedIn. In January 2017, they obtained the "Online Marketing Fundamentals Qualification" from Google. Finally, in February 2019, they earned the "Adobe Certified Associate in Print & Digital Publication Using Adobe InDesign" certification from Adobe.
