Jaya A. has worked in the Human Resources field for over 19 years. Jaya began their career in 2001 as an Admin & HR at YASU Technologies (SAP). In 2007, they joined Saven Technologies Ltd as an HR, where they were responsible for discussing staffing needs with the Top Management, informing them on Personnel/HR policies and procedures, staff performance, and other disciplinary points. Jaya also formulated complete HR policies and organized staff induction programs.

Jaya A. attended Osmania University from 1997 to 2000, where they completed their degree at Avanthi Degree College.
