Isabelle Gaucher

Isabelle Gaucher holds extensive experience in research and development within the food science sector, currently serving as Directrice de recherche Alimentation Durable at SAVENCIA since September 2008. Previous roles at SAVENCIA include Directrice du Knowledge Management à Soredab and Chef de projet scientifique. Prior to joining SAVENCIA, Isabelle was an Ingenieure de recherche at CNIEL, engaged in post-doctoral work and a doctoral thesis.
