Isabelle Gaucher holds extensive experience in research and development within the food science sector, currently serving as Directrice de recherche Alimentation Durable at SAVENCIA since September 2008. Previous roles at SAVENCIA include Directrice du Knowledge Management à Soredab and Chef de projet scientifique. Prior to joining SAVENCIA, Isabelle was an Ingenieure de recherche at CNIEL, engaged in post-doctoral work and a doctoral thesis. Early career positions include research internships at Université de Montpellier 2 and quality engineering roles at Fromagerie Henri Hutin and Entremont. Isabelle holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physico-chemistry from INRA Science & Technology of Milk and Egg and an engineering degree in Food Science & Technology from Polytech Montpellier.
