Serge Ngoumape

Serge NGOUMAPE is an experienced professional specializing in continuous improvement and performance management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Responsable Emballage Magasin et Expédition at SAVENCIA since November 2016, Serge leads a team of over 100 individuals, while also focusing on continuous improvement initiatives across various departments. In addition, Serge serves as a part-time lecturer at CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs, imparting knowledge on strategic deployment of continuous improvement methodologies. Prior experience includes roles at Multi Packaging Solutions and Saint-Gobain, where Serge implemented Lean Management practices and achieved significant reductions in defects and costs. Serge holds a Mastère Spécialisé in Continuous Improvement and Industrial Performance from CESI and has a strong educational background in industrial engineering and mechatronics.
