Xiao Bi

Xiao Bi has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Lead Tutor at Woodland High School, helping to improve CAHSEE pass rate, college admission and funding for the Learning Center program. In 2013, Xiao Bi was an Intern II at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, constructing investment strategies with heavy emphasis on option strategies. From 2014 to 2020, Xiao Bi worked at Equilar, beginning as a Research Analyst II and working their way up to Associate Research Manager. During their time at Equilar, Xiao Bi headed integration of Salesforce and Pardot databases via SQL to generate analysis of factors affecting client retention and prospective client success rate. They also ideated and led a team in the use of Python to create graphs for reports, reducing time spent from the design team from one week to one hour. In 2020, Xiao Bi began working as a Research Analyst at SaverLife (formerly EARN).

Xiao Bi received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis in 2014.
