Shannon Whitemore has a diverse background in law, with experience in both in-house and consulting roles. Shannon worked as the Director of Corporate Counsel at Savers | Value Village, where they focused on complex legal issues related to commercial transactions, marketing, intellectual property, data security, privacy, and corporate governance. In this role, they developed contract authority and approval policies, managed communication and adoption across the organization, and led the development and implementation of a contract lifecycle management system. Prior to this, Shannon worked as a Consulting Attorney at Whitemore Law, focusing on providing legal advice and assistance to various clients. Shannon also worked as a Senior Associate Attorney at Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC, where they gained experience in litigation and counseling. Additionally, Shannon has served as an Adjunct Professor at DigiPen Institute of Technology, teaching law-related courses.
Shannon Whitemore completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Literature at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Shannon then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Seattle University School of Law from 1998 to 2001.
