Riya Thapa

Riya Thapa has worked in the recruitment field for the past few years. Riya started their career at Integrated Resources, Inc as a Recruitment Executive from June 2019 to May 2020. Riya then moved to Saviance, where they held various roles including Clinical/Scientific Recruitment Specialist from May 2020 to May 2021, and later became a Sr. Clinical/Scientific Recruitment Specialist from May 2021 to the present. At Saviance, Riya's work focused on addressing challenges in the US pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare industries, particularly in the areas of patient engagement, patient recruitment for clinical trials, and cybersecurity. Riya specialized in domain-specific artificial intelligence and machine learning use cases for these industries.

From 2016 to 2019, Riya Thapa attended Rerouting Ideologies - Graphic Era Hill University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting.
